ProPak China 2025, the leading processing and packaging trade show in Asia, will return to Shanghai’s National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) from 24 to 26 June 2025.
The event, marking its 30th edition, will bring together over 2,500 exhibitors across 200,000 square metres and run alongside FoodPack China, Hi & Fi Asia-China, HNC, and Starch Expo.
Set against a backdrop of increasing global demand for automated packaging machinery and smart manufacturing, ProPak China 2025 is expected to be a key event for professionals in food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical packaging, logistics technology, and more.
The exhibition provides a critical platform for industry players to explore new solutions, network with international suppliers, and stay ahead of fast-evolving packaging trends.
This year’s event will feature dedicated pavilions from Germany, Italy, North America, and Japan, highlighting the growing global interest in Asia’s packaging equipment market.
Participating companies include ANRITSU, METTLER-TOLEDO, ISHIDA, and URSCHEL, all of whom are expected to present their latest machinery and integrated processing solutions.
The show will cover a wide range of sectors including food processing, dairy, bakery, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and e-commerce, reflecting the diversity of demand in the packaging industry.
Smart filling lines, sustainable packaging materials, and AI-driven logistics technologies will take centre stage as suppliers focus on enhancing efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
Attendees will have access to two themed equipment tours focused on liquid packaging systems and end-of-line automation. The Liquid Packaging Machinery Tour will feature live demonstrations of high-speed filling and aseptic processing systems designed for beverages and medical products.
Meanwhile, the End-of-Line Packaging Machinery section will spotlight robotic palletisers, automated sealing equipment, and eco-conscious packaging innovations.
This year’s exhibition places a strong emphasis on intelligent automation, reflecting a broader industry push towards robotics, AI, and smart packaging solutions.
These technologies aim to meet rising consumer expectations for speed, sustainability, and safety in packaging processes.
In addition to the exhibition floor, ProPak China 2025 will host a structured business matching programme, facilitating direct engagement between verified buyers and manufacturers offering equipment such as filling machines, coding systems, sterilisation units, fermentation tanks, and packaging materials.
