Pamela Anderson, 57, shares her secret for thicker, healthier hair

Over the past few years, Pamela Anderson has undergone an impressive reinvention, resulting in one of the most inspiring second acts we've ever seen. It started in 2022 with the former Baywatch star's Broadway debut as Roxy Hart in the musical "Chicago." Next came a best-selling memoir, a tell-all documentary and a Golden Globe-nominated performance in the 2024 film "The Last Showgirl." Through it all, Anderson has emerged as a late-in-life style and beauty icon, known for her pared-down clothes, naturally-glowing, makeup-free complexion and shiny, healthy, low-frills hair.

Today, Anderson is revealing at least one of those beauty secrets, which is how she achieves those naturally bouncy locks. The actress and longtime animal-rights activist has teamed up with '90s hair-care brand Biolage to release a new line of vegan, cruelty-free, sustainable "rescue" formulas that work especially well for those with thinner, older hair. "This is a dream collaboration for me," Anderson says. "Biolage is a cruelty-free, sustainable brand that I can feel good about partnering with — plus, I love the products!"

At 57, Anderson is of the age when many women start to experience hair thinning and shedding, which is often an effect of menopause. To that end, the Biolage line is infused with rosemary oil, a clinically-proven, natural hair growth agent. In fact, a 2015 study found topical rosemary oil to be as effective as minoxidil at growing new hair in mice.

Read on for Anderson's (and our) favorites from the new partnership.

This serum is packed with rosemary oil, which has been clinically proven to initiate new hair growth and help prevent further loss.

"I really love this Full Rescue Scalp Serum," Anderson says. "I use it in the evenings, like a little ritual. It soothes my scalp, smells beautiful, and makes me feel like I'm doing something kind for myself."

Made specifically to "fortify and densify" thin or thinning hair, this conditioner works at the strand level to de-frizz, thicken and leave hair smooth and soft, alleviating the need for multiple post-shower products.

"I don't want to over-style or overthink things anymore when it comes to my beauty routine," says Anderson. "I want my hair to feel healthy and light. I let it dry naturally most days."
