These versatile fan-favorites look fresh straight out of the suitcase and start at just $18.

Wander the world wrinkle-free in these crease-resisting dresses that'll make packing a breeze. (Amazon, Lululemon, Athleta)

There's nothing worse than spending all day traveling only to open your suitcase and find your clothing creased beyond wear. Less sightseeing, more ironing? No thank you. Which is why, for my upcoming trips, I'm stocking up on wrinkle-resistant dresses. These underrated gems are travel MVPs, allowing you to roll them up, toss 'em in your suitcase and throw one on as soon as you land. Let's face it: Travel can be hectic, but your outfits don't have to be.

There are tons of dresses that retailers claim can't be creased but, as someone who writes about style for a living, I've seen my fair share of options that fail the travel-friendliness test. To help you avoid spending money on clothing that will leave you looking like a rumpled mess, I turned to reviews from real customers to see which dresses actually stayed wrinkle-free through long flights and overstuffed luggage.

From airy maxis to sleeveless midis and the midis in between, these are the wrinkle-resistant wardrobe workhorses I'm adding to my summer packing list. The best part? Prices start at just $18, and every single option is under $150.

You won't worry about suitcase creases with this stylish sleeveless pick. Not only is it incredibly soft — several shoppers say it feels like wearing pajamas — but the rayon/polyester/spandex blend material makes it so there's no steaming or ironing required.

"I cannot wait to wear it on a cruise since I know it will pack well," wrote one globetrotter, who also noted that "it arrived practically wrinkle-free in the mail."

Consider this tiered cutie your carry-on's new best friend — it packs light, travels well and won't throw any wrinkles (literally and figuratively) into your adventures. Its roomy silhouette doesn't cling, which I love because when I'm on vacation, I plan to eat my way through any new city. I'm partial to this pretty floral print but there are 22 other colors and styles to choose from.

"I bought this dress in three colors for a trip. You can roll them up, they don't take much space and the wrinkles shake right out. Very cute travel dresses," raved one traveler.

Want to look like a member of the jet-set, even when you're jet-lagged? This sleeveless dress looks way more upscale than the $18 price tag suggests. With a flattering high neckline and side slits, it’s the ultimate one-and-done outfit. I love that the stretchy fabric is thick enough to keep things modest (no see-through issues here) while still being lightweight enough to keep you cool on hot and sticky days.

One fan called it the "perfect summer dress," before adding, "It has the perfect amount of stretch to it, is wrinkle-resistant and flattering. Easy to dress up or dress down with sneakers."

With a relaxed fit, flattering V-neck and ultra-soft fabric that resists creasing, this ruffled cap-sleeve dress is your passport to effortless vacation style. Shoppers say you can pull it out of your suitcase, give it a quick shake, and be ready to take off. It comes in 28 colors and sizes small to XXL.

One psyched buyer gushed, "When I first received it crunched in the plastic bag, I said, 'Oh no, this will be a wrinkled mess!' To my surprise, after five minutes, it looked nearly perfect for wearing out. Lovely material, comfortable, true to size. Style is forgiving of lumps and bumps for an old lady in her late 70s; however, I think this dress is appropriate for all ages."

Things will be smooth sailing in this nautically striped number thanks to its soft fabric and flattering fit. Check out that tie-wrap that'll help show off your figure, and also appreciate those never-expected-but-always-appreciated pockets. This sleeveless version is great for summer, but there is a T-shirt style too if you prefer a little more coverage.

"This was a perfect dress for traveling. Very comfortable and stylish. Had it in my suitcase in one of those magic bags that compresses (and wrinkles) your clothing, wore it twice and even slept in it and [it] never wrinkled," raved one frequent flier.

This pick is made from the same buttery-soft (and wrinkle-free) fabric as the uber-popular Align leggings, so you know it’s comfortable. Both quick-drying and sweat-wicking, it's great for keeping you cool while looking fab. The midi length is flattering, hitting between the knees and ankles, making it a versatile piece for all sorts of occasions. Snag it in this army green, black or ivory.

Shoppers love the travel-ready piece so much that they are buying multiples. Wrote one: "This dress has me wanting more! I am about to order the other two colors. I have worn this three times so far and have received multiple compliments each time I’ve worn it." Another footwear-focused fan added: "Wrinkle free, easy to wear and to match with sandals, clogs, ballerinas, sneakers..."

Whether you're sightseeing, sipping a spritz or sprinting through an airport terminal, this silky-soft style will keep you looking fresh. Breathable and oh-so-comfy, its sleek and stretchy fabric resists creases, making it a throw-on-and-go superstar. The crisp white screams vacation to me, but there are four other colors if you worry about stains.

"It's a nice weight and flattering without being clingy or too tight. It doesn't wrinkle and will be great for travel. Can dress up or down for a more casual look," gushed one fan.

Made from Spanx's famously soft AirEssentials fabric that Oprah once said feels like "buttah," this sleek maxi dress feels like my favorite loungewear set but looks way more luxe. The tie-waist gives it a more figure-flattering shape, and the side slits allow for more movement. I can totally see myself tossing it in my carry-on and changing into it after landing, enjoying the same comfy feel as my sweatsuit while looking much more polished as I head off on my adventures.

"This dress is the perfect traveling dress. I can pack and pull it out of a suitcase without any wrinkles. It looks great, no matter how long I'm wearing it on a long trip, and the best thing is that I can wear it for any occasion," said one fellow traveler.

And if you're not looking to buy any new clothes but want to ensure your current travel wardrobe stays crease-free, check out these compact handheld steamers that easily fit in a suitcase:

A top-seller for its ability to pack a lot of wrinkle-eradicating steam into one compact, handheld appliance, this steamer is also a Yahoo reader favorite. It has a 9-foot cord and up to 15 minutes of steaming time. Over 30,000 have been sold this month alone, and it's marked down to just $27 right now.

Another popular pick, this gadget features a nearly 9-ounce water tank for 15 minutes of continuous steaming. It also has an 8-foot power cord, which gives you ample length to move around while steaming. It heats up in just 30 seconds and automatically shuts off if it gets overheated or after eight minutes of inactivity.

Keep things looking fresh on the go courtesy of this Oprah-approved fabric smoother. The Nori was featured on her 2022 Favorite Things list, where the Queen of All Media noted that "this gadget quickly presses both sides of a shirt, dress or pair of pants and reaches its highest temperature in three minutes," adding: "You can also use it to steam or refresh clothes." At less than 1.5 pounds, it's travel-friendly too.
